Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Coronary heart disease was diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound and coronary artery bypass grafting was performed for the first time; (2) No serious liver and kidney dysfunction; (3) Clear consciousness, no communication barrier, and no mental illness; (4) There is a commonly used micro signal; (5) Informed consent to this study and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe kidney, liver, brain and mental diseases; (2) Have visual, hearing, cognitive impairment, unable to communicate normally; (3) Serious complications occurred after operation; (4) Those who accept other intervention projects.
