18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)18 to 80 years old; 2)Be conscious and capable of reading and signing informed consent; 3)No history of allergy to the food used in this study; 4)No cholecystectomy or pancreatectomy was performed; 5)Can eat normally.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant women; 2)Critically ill patients; 3)Have a history of allergy to the food used in this study; 4)Patients who have undergone cholecystectomy or pancreatectomy; 5)Unable to eat.
