Group D:0.075% ropivacaine +0.4µg/ mL dexmedetomidine

Eligibility

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women aged 18 to 40; (2) ASA level 1-2; (3) Height >= 150 cm, weight = 37 weeks; (5) Head position; (6) Cervical dilatation 3-7cm; (7) Vas >= 30mm (0 = no pain, 100 = the most pain).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia; (2) Allergic to narcotic drugs, fentanyl, dexmedetomidine, or esticketamine; (3) Bradycardia; (4) Multiple pregnancy; (5) Preeclampsia; (6) Fetal abnormalities; (7) Refusing to sign the informed consent form; (8) Other conditions: history of cesarean section, long-term use of sedatives or analgesics.
