Experimental group:Early oral intake after cesarean section
Control group:Drink clear fluid 2 hours after the operation and eat food 6 hours later

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA II - ? level; 2) No contraindication of spinal anesthesia; 3) Indications of elective cesarean section: large baby, breech (fetal weight greater than 3500g or mixed hip), transverse position, scarred uterus, twin pregnancy, ICP, pelvic stenosis, soft birth canal malformation and other smooth surgical procedures of cesarean section.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy complicated with serious medical and surgical diseases, unable to cooperate; 2) Contraindications to spinal anesthesia; 3) Mental patients; 4) Patients with oral fasting taboo; 5) Emergency cesarean section operation; 6) Patients with coagulation disorder; 7) Refuse to participate in this research.
