Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-85 years old; 2) CTA / MRA / DSA confirmed that the degree of intracranial artery stenosis was greater than 20%; 3) Baseline LDL-C is greater than 1.4mmol/l; 4) Patients or family members sign written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Intracranial hemorrhage was confirmed by CT or MRI; 2) The disease is caused by non atherosclerotic diseases (such as arterial dissection, Takayasu arteritis, moyamoya disease, muscular fiber dysplasia, intracranial infection, trauma, etc.); 3) Intolerant to statins; 4) Severe liver damage (AST or ALT more than 3 times normal), severe renal damage (creatinine greater than 265umol/l); 5) Participating in other clinical trials; 6) Systolic blood pressure >185mmhg or diastolic blood pressure >110mmhg, and oral antihypertensive drugs cannot be controlled; 7) The disease will cause difficulties in follow-up and evaluation (such as severe dementia or mental disorders; severe metabolic diseases, pregnant or lactating women, life expectancy <6 months caused by any late disease, etc.).
