Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1). Patients after colostomy; 2). patients with willingness to accept colostomy within 1 year; 3). Patients who have not undergone any abdominal surgery before surgery; 4). No serious systemic diseases, surgical contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1). Exclude patients who do not receive colostomy; 2). Excluding severe medical and surgical diseases comorbidities, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 3). Excluding those who are contraindicated in drug use.
