Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Admitted to hospital and diagnosed as congenital heart disease; 2. Aged 3 months to 14 years, and the gender is not limited; 3. Children or family members sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients were treated with ECMO, blood filter, IABP or other treatment methods or with other malformations; 2. The patient has alternative activities specified by the doctor; 3. Delayed chest closure, unstable fracture, cerebral hemorrhage and other complications occurred during or after the patient was transferred back to the PICU; 4. The patient was transferred back to the PICUs after surgery and was complicated with serious complications, such as acute spinal cord injury, skeletal muscle disease such as dystonia spasm, uncontrolled active bleeding; 5. The patient or their relatives are unwilling to participate in the study, or have cognitive impairment; 6. Diseases, types of surgery or other indicators of children not suitable for intervention as suggested by the expert letter.
