Age
16 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 16-60 years; 2. The duration of operation was 1-3h; 3. Normal liver and kidney function and electrolytes before operation; 4. Intraoperative blood loss < 200ml.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with medical complications (such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease without effective control) before surgery; 2. Patients with language and mental disorders; 3. Hb < 80g/L; 4. The possibility of malignant tumor is not excluded; 5. Chronic gastrointestinal dysfunction or organic gastrointestinal disease; 6. Patients with a history of pelvic surgery for several times and severe pelvic adhesion; 7. Those who have participated in other drug trials or research projects; 8. Patients who used analgesic pump after surgery; 9. Gum intolerant.
