Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 80 years. 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic kidney disease in the KDOQI Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Evaluation and Management of Chronic Kidney Disease, with CKD stage 1 to 5 non-dialysis stage. 3. Receiving drug therapy (continuous medication duration >= 3 months). 4. Those who are informed and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with cognitive, visual, or hearing impairments and those with mental illness.
