Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients met the 2016 SCCM/ESICM sepsis/septic shock 3.0 diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 18 years; 2. ICU stay less than 24 hours; 3. There are serious underlying diseases that affect the prognosis of patients, such as advanced tumor and end-stage of various diseases; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Patients who received tumor chemoradiotherapy or immunosuppressive therapy within 6 months before admission.
