22 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 22 to 60 years; 2. ASA I ~ II grade; 3. Patients suffering from gynecological diseases requiring surgery; 4. Approved by the Ethics Committee of the hospital, the patient agrees, voluntarily participates in the study and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious heart and lung disease or severe arrhythmia; 2. Patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation; 3. Long-term use of ß-blockers or ß-agonists; 4. Abuse of alcohol or psychotropic drugs; 5. Neuromuscular disease; 6. Those who are unable to act independently or refuse; 7. Patients with severe allergy or history of allergy to propofol; 8. Patients with malignant arrhythmia, cardiac arrest or postoperative difficulty in extubation who need to be admitted to ICU.
