Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo elective hip and knee replacement; 2. Diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 3. Aged over 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary infection or systemic infection before surgery; 2. Patients with pre-operative consciousness disorder, paralysis, severe depression and other difficulties in understanding or communication, or unable to cooperate with rehabilitation training; 3. In the acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or the pulmonary function suggests that FEV1/FVC<=30%; 4. Patients who refused to sign the informed consent for this study; 5. Patients who also participated in other studies.
