Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes issued by the American Diabetes Association and be diagnosed with type 2 diabetes; 3. Clear consciousness and no mental retardation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of mental illness or congenital mental retardation; 2. Aphasia, deafness, blindness, or other physical diseases that prevent normal communication; 3. Complicated with serious diseases, such as malignant tumors; 4. Received hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and other treatments within one month.
