Age

20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral or bilateral radiation pain, sensory disturbance, or muscle loss. 2. Imaging findings corresponding to symptoms on CT and/or MRI scans. 3. At least 4 weeks of conservative treatment failed, including drug therapy, physiotherapy, nerve block, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative hyperextension and hyperflexion radiographs showed definite segmental instability. 2. Lumbar spondylolisthesis exceeding I degree existed at the same level. 3. Severe lumbar spinal stenosis with cauda equina syndrome. 4. The patient has systemic infection or hemorrhagic disease. 5. Lack of follow-up data.
