Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Congenital heart disease was confirmed by ultrasound examination; 2. Children aged between 3 and 5 years; 3. Have certain language communication ability and understanding ability; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cyanotic children as defined in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery (fourth edition); 2. Emergency operation; 3. Patients who have previously received general anesthesia; 4. Combined with other diseases affecting cognitive dysfunction, such as trisomy 21 syndrome; 5. Clear diagnosis of anxiety disorder or anxiety disorder; 6. Left ventricular ejection fraction (EF value) < 50%, or serious disease, including serious infection, heart failure, etc.
