Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurse: (1) Oncology nurses; (2) Working for more than one year; (3) Experience in nursing patients with lung cancer immunotherapy. 2. Patient: (1) Adult patients diagnosed with lung cancer by the Chinese Medical Association Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Lung Cancer (2019 Edition); (2) First use of immunotherapy; (3) Blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram were normal before treatment, and there was no serious organic injury of heart and brain; (4) Normal listening, understanding and communication skills; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study by knowing the condition and signing informed consent; (6) Skin toxicity (only applicable to qualitative study).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurse: (1) Rotation nurses; (2) Study nurses. 2. Patient: (1) Patients with other malignant tumors and serious diseases; (2) Cognitive dysfunction; (3) Participating in other similar projects at the same time; (4) The researchers judged that it was not suitable to participate in this study.
