Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under elective general anesthesia, aged 18 ~ 60 years, ASA physical condition grade I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pregnancy or lactation, mental or neurological diseases, preoperative application of antiemetics or emetics, previous diagnosis of long QT syndrome, obvious arrhythmia, history of allergy to palonosetron, droperidol and dexamethasone, and history of opioid abuse.
