Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Patients undergoing abdominal operation; 3. Signed informed consent for donation of biological samples and medical information from Zhongshan Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Perioperative data and medical history are unknown; 2. Previous history of irritable bowel syndrome, long-term diarrhea or constipation.
