The gallbladder stones

Interventions

Dacronin group:Apply 2ml dacronine gel to 1/3 of the front end of the tracheal tube, evenly for 2 times
Lidocaine cream group:Apply 2ml lidocaine cream to 1/3 of the tracheal tube, evenly apply it twice
Normal saline group:One third of the tracheal tube was moistened with 2ml normal saline, evenly for 2 times

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged range from 18 to 65 years; 2. Patients with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 3. Operation time <4h; 4. Supine position, gynecology, orthopedics, abdominal surgery; 5. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; 6. Patients sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to local topical anesthesia; 2. Patients with a history of laryngeal surgery; 3. History of severe mental illness; 4. Allergic to or intolerant to local anesthetics; 5. History of asthma and serious organic lesions of other important organs (heart, lung, brain, kidney); 6. Patients with difficult airway and airway Marhalhali grade III-IV; 7. Upper respiratory tract inflammation or infection; 8. Smoking patients; 9. Head, neck and oral surgery; 10. Patients with nasogastric tube placement; 11. Steroid drug use.
