Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients aged >=65 years with sleep disorders (Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia disorder of International Sleep Disorders, third edition ICSD-3; The patients' sleep quality was poor: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index PSQI>5 points, insomnia severity index ISI>7 points); 2. The patient participated in the experiment voluntarily and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diseased sinus syndrome, severe bradycardia (heart rate <50 beats/min) or more than second degree atrioventricular block, permanent pacemaker implantation, severe heart failure, or ejection fraction <30%; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (Child-Pugh B, C grade, CKD3-5 grade); 3. Patients with central nervous system diseases; 4. Patients scheduled to be admitted to ICU after surgery and patients not scheduled to be admitted to ICU; 5. Patients allergic to dexmedetomidine; 6. Patients with severe dementia, low cognitive function, speech disorder, severe hearing or visual impairment, mental disorders, coma and other conditions that cannot be evaluated.
