Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No major underlying diseases; 2. No other discomfort except local muscle soreness and difficulty in moving; 3. Able to fully cooperate with the treatment plan; 4. Characterized by delayed onset muscle pain; 5. Muscle soreness meets the following diagnostic criteria: muscle soreness characterized by delayed onset of unaccustomed training activities or sudden resumption of training after a period of suspension.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Trauma to the painful site or adjacent joint occurred within the last 6 months; 2. Musculoskeletal injury or skin injury at the treatment site; 3. History of autoimmune diseases; 4. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 5. Reduced urine output after exercise; 6. Dark urine; 7. Coagulation dysfunction.
