Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for obesity. 2. Aged 40-60 years. 3. Late menopausal transition and postmenopausal women. 4. The patient entered the menopausal transition or began to develop obesity in the late menopause, and the BMI was normal during the reproductive age. 5. Sign the informed consent form and participate in the study voluntarily. 6. Any TCM syndrome type can be included, but the state of wet syndrome or non-wet syndrome should be judged when included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obesity or drug-induced obesity secondary to endocrine diseases; 2. Female muscle obesity patients with body fat percentage < 30%; 3. Patients with unstable angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction, coronary stent implantation or coronary artery bypass grafting have CVD endpoint outcomes; 4. Severe primary diseases such as liver and kidney insufficiency, hematopoietic system and malignant tumors; 5. Patients with carotid artery stenosis, transient ischemic attack, acute stroke, peripheral vascular disease; 6. Psychiatric patients (schizophrenia, mania, paranoid psychosis and depression with obvious suicidal tendencies); 7. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies; 8. Patients unwilling to cooperate with follow-up visits.
