Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged >=18 years who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes according to the 1999 World Health Organization diagnostic criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Vitamin D therapy within the last month; 2. Parathyroid diseases and osteoporosis; 3. Chronic alcohol intoxication; 4. Patients with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 5. Severe disability or mental illness; 6. Pregnant and lactating patients; 7. Patients with myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, stroke and other peripheral vascular diseases; 8. Stress diseases such as shortness of breath, chest pain, electrolyte disturbance, fever, diarrhea and other acute inflammation; 9. Organic diseases such as tumor and severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 10. Stress hyperglycemia, hyperglycemia caused by hormones and other drugs; 11. Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis, hypertonic syndrome, hypoglycemia and other non-homeostasis.
