65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign informed consent; 2. Aged >65 and <80 years; 3. ASA grade II~III; 4. Patients who plan to undergo endoscopic gastrointestinal surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to regional block technique (allergy to local anesthetic, infection around puncture site and coagulation disorder); 2. A history of dependence on painkillers; 3. Patients with dementia or cognitive dysfunction (positive on CAM scale, less than 24 points on MMSE scale); 4. Any cerebrovascular accident, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc., occurred within 3 months; 5. Anyone who has trouble communicating.
