Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of drug-induced liver injury (2015 edition) or the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Prevention and standardized treatment of drug-induced liver injury in patients with hematologic malignancies (2021 edition); 2. The liver injury caused by antihematologic tumor drugs conforms to the causality evaluation criteria of acute drug-induced liver injury (RUCAM simplified scoring system: RUCAM causality evaluation scale score >=6; If the score is 3-5, the diagnosis of the patient should be evaluated by 3 specialists, and at least 2 experts are determined to be DILI); 3. Liver injury <=6 months; 4. Patients who have been judged by the treating physician to need dicycloxylic alcohol tablets for prevention and treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver decompensation; 2. Pregnant patients, lactating patients or patients of childbearing age who are trying to conceive; 3. History of severe allergies; 4. Medical conditions or conditions that the investigator believes affect, limit, or confuse the evaluation of the study protocol.
