Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >=18 years were diagnosed with GIST liver metastasis without extrahepatic metastasis. 2. Meet one of the following inclusion criteria: (1) For newly diagnosed GIST patients with liver metastasis, there was no progress in primary lesions and liver metastases after 6 months of first-line TKIs treatment; (2) For patients with new liver metastases after primary GIST surgery, there was no progress in liver metastases after 6 months of first-line treatment with TKIs; (3) The validity period of multi-line TKIs treatment for GIST patients with liver metastasis is more than 3 months, and the patients with stable stage or progress is less than 3 months, and the expected survival time is more than 12 months. 3. Patients were enrolled voluntarily, able to provide written informed consent, and able to understand and comply with the experimental protocol for treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to liver transplantation; 2. Situations considered unsuitable for study participation by other researchers.
