Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria for perimenopausal syndrome and ICSD-3 chronic insomnia were met; 2. Aged 45-55 years, improved Kupperman>=15 points; 3. PSQI score >=7 points; 4. Have not received hypnotics, psychotropic drugs and hormone drugs within 1 month before being enrolled in this study, and have not received acupuncture treatment for perimenopausal insomnia in the past 1 month; 5. No communication and cognitive impairment; 6. The patients were informed of this study and voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Menstrual disorder, premenstrual period, abnormal uterine bleeding, hormone replacement drugs used in the past 1 month; 2. Bilateral oophorectomy, hysterectomy and other gynecological organic diseases; 3. Patients with severe brain, heart, kidney, liver and other organic diseases; 4. Patients diagnosed by psychiatrists with severe mental diseases, such as major depression, generalized anxiety disorder, epilepsy, schizophrenia, etc.; 5. Patients with cardiac pacemakers or serious fear of needles; 6. Participate in other research topics; 7. Alcohol and/or other drug abuse or dependence.
