Experimental group:After general anesthesia induction was completed, the left ulnar nerve was stimulated by different current intensities (20,40,60,80mA)(50Hz)(30s) successively

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-60 years, American Society of Anesthesia (ASA) Class I to II, body mass index 18-30 kg /m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use sedatives, antidepressants and other drugs affecting EEG monitoring recently or before anesthesia induction; 2. Patients with abnormal nervous system function; 3. Patients with severe abnormal functions of heart, lung, liver and kidney; 4. Patients with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension or taking drugs that affect the cardiovascular system; 5. Diabetic patients; 6. A history of alcohol and drug abuse.
