Eligibility

60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-III; 2. Aged 60~80 years; 3. Elective posterior lumbar surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Adults protected by law (under judicial protection, guardianship or supervision), persons deprived of their liberty; 3. Degree II or III atrioventricular block; 4. Heart failure; 5. History of Argus syndrome, preexcitation syndrome, or dysrhythmia; 6. Severe liver and kidney injury; 7. Patients with severe lung diseases; 8. History of epilepsy; 9. History of porphyria; 10. Preoperative hypotension (systolic blood pressure less than 90mmHg); 11. Contraindications of NSAIDs; 12. Allergic to narcotic drugs; 13. Actual weight < 40kg.
