18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Localized muscular invasive bladder cancer with basal maximum diameter <3cm and single tumor; 2. The patient had a strong desire to preserve bladder; 3. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiopulmonary dysfunction can not tolerate general anesthesia; 2. Lesions involving ureteral opening or bladder neck; 3. Combined with upper urinary tract tumor; 4. Imaging examination found pelvic lymph node enlargement or distant metastasis.
