Early treatment group:Start CRRT immediately after randomization
Standard treatment group:Start treatment when patients have emergency indications for CRRT

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. Patients who compliance with diagnostic criteria of rhabdomyolysis ; 3. Patients who compliance with diagnostic criteria of acute kidney injury (2012KDIGO, stage = 1) ; 4. McMahon score = 6; 5. Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 6.5mmol/L, or potassium > 6.0mmol/L after treatment. (4). Metabolic acidosis pH < 7.15; liquid overload, pulmonary edema, and heart failure that are not effective by diuretic therapy; (4) Previous chronic kidney disease (eGFR < 60 mL/min); (5) patients received RRT before admission; (6) AKI is caused by glomerulonephritis, interstitial nephritis or vasculitis, permanent renal artery occlusion, surgical injury, or retroperitoneal obstruction; (7) Pregnancy or pregnancy; (8) Inclusion of other randomized controlled trials with mortality as the main outcome; (9) The patient is expected to be observed for less than 72h.
