18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) College students aged 18-30; (2) the affected limb has one or more repeated sprains, subjective feeling of leg weakness or loss of control; (3) The interval between the latest ankle sprain and the start of the experiment should be =1 month [27]; (4) Ankle Function Assessment Scale (AJFAT) score =26; (5) The anterior drawer test of ankle joint and talus tilt test were negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The affected limb has no history of surgery or fracture; (2) Severe ankle osteoarthritis, traumatic arthritis, exudative chondritis; (3) suffering from cardiovascular diseases (e.g. hypertension, heart disease); (4) Patients with deep vein thrombosis or vascular disease in lower extremities; (5) Unable to accept the treatment plan and unable to cooperate with treatment.
