Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Elective surgery patients aged 18-65; ? ASA classification is grade I-III; ? Elective abdominal surgery (gastrointestinal tract, pancreas, gallbladder, liver, etc.) under general anesthesia; ? Voluntarily join the research and sign the informed consent; ? The estimated operation time is more than 2 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? History of mental or nervous system diseases such as autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, epilepsy, cerebral infarction, etc.; ? History of craniocerebral surgery; ? History of alcohol, opioid or other psychotropic substance abuse; ? Long-term use of sedative drugs; ? Language communication impairment and intellectual disability; ? Allergy to the anesthetics used; ? Family history of malignant hyperthermia.
