Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years and above, gender is not limited. 2. Teeth of intentional pulpectomy for restoration, or teeth that is diagnosed of deep caries or reversible pulpitis or non-rerevisible pulpitis preoperatively and intraoperatively,or teeth with pulp exposed during decaying or tooth preparation. 3. Patients are willing to carry out pulp blood collection and routine treatment and follow-up after knowledge. 4. There is no periodontal disease and inormal tooth morbility. 5) X-rays show that the periodontal membrane of the affected tooth is clearly continuous or only mildly widened, there is no periapical lesion (PAI index 1 or 2), no internal and external root absorption of the tooth, no root fracture, and no obvious calcification of the pulp cavity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The root apical development is not completed; 2. The patient has systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, etc., or has a history of infectious diseases.
