trial group:Received canagliflozin (100 mg, once daily)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 30 years and clinically diagnosed type 2 diabetes; 2.6.5% <= HbA1c <= 12%; 3.30 <= eGFR < 90 ml/min/1.73m2 (calculated using CKD-EPI formula); 4.300 < UACR <= 5000 mg/g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of diabetic ketoacidosis or type 1 diabetes; 2.Patients with hereditary glucose-galactose malabsorption or history of primary renal grape diabetes; 3.Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and liver diseases; 4.patients with kidney disease who need to receive immunosuppressive therapy; 5.Kidney transplant patients or patients with dialysis treatment; 6.Allergic or intolerant to SGLT2i.
