Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =18; 2.Singleton primiparas, gestational age =37 weeks; 3.Uterine orifice =2cm; 4.Natural birth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Intraspinal puncture is contraindicated; 2.Hypertension in preeclampsia and pregnancy; 3.premature rupture of membranes; 4.Basal body temperature =37 ?; 5.currently using antibiotics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 6.existing immune dysfunction;
