Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~70 years old; 2. ASA class ii~iii; 3. Patients diagnosed with renal tumor or gastrointestinal tumor and planned to undergo open tumor resection under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver dysfunction; 2. Patients with renal dysfunction; 3. Uncontrolled patients with severe and unstable angina pectoris, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 4. Restless patients unable to complete thermometry 5. Patients with severe hypertension, cardiovascular disease and arrhythmia, such as heart block and bradycardia; 6. Combined with increased intracranial pressure, central nervous system injury or disease, history of mental disorders, etc; 8. Patients receiving blood transfusion during enrollment; 9. Long term sedative and analgesic drug taking history and allergic history; 10. Patients with drug addiction before operation; 11. Patients who are allergic to any of the drugs used in the study; 12. Septic shock patients with circulatory instability;
