Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Orthodontic treatment was carried out for dentition irregularity, and a bilateral subtraction tooth extraction scheme was adopted in the treatment plan. 2.Patients who read the informed consent form (approved by the hospital ethics committee) and voluntarily participated in the project and signed it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Infectious and hereditary diseases; 2.Patients who do not meet the indications for tooth extraction and periodontal surgery; 3.Patients who are receiving radiotherapy or have received radiotherapy in recent 3 months; 4.Heart disease (i.e. grade II and above heart function disease); 5.Abnormal liver and kidney functions (abnormal liver ALT and AST values, or more than double the values of creatinine and urea nitrogen); 6.Mental disorder and lack of behavioral autonomy; 7.Patients with an allergic constitution; 8.Pregnant or lactating women
