Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with spinal cord injury; 2.SCI grade (ASIA grade) is grade A or B patient; 3.Age greater than 20 years; 4.Patients with no trend of wound healing after 1 month of treatment and no contraindications of negative pressure wound treatment after evaluation by wound experts.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Necrotic tissue scabs; 2.Untreated osteomyelitis; 3.non-tubular and non-detectable fistulas; 4.There is a malignant tumor at the wound; 5.Sites exposing blood vessels, nerves, anastomosis sites, bone tissues and tendons; 6.Obvious abnormalities in coagulation function; 7.Severe hypoproteinemia; 8.Severe shock is not corrected or there are other serious fatal injuries; 9.Patients with active bleeding on the wound; 10.Vascular diseases: no blood supply to local tissues or venous thrombosis; 11.Patients whose surface wounds cannot be closed with negative pressure drainage films; 12.Patients with chest or cranial wounds; 13.Those who are allergic to polymer materials; 14.Patients with incomplete wound debridement or still having a large amount of necrotic substances.
