Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18–55 years old for both genders ; 2.BMI=24(kg/m2); 3.The diagnosis meets the 2015 European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR)/ American College of Rheumatology (ACR) criteria for gout; 4.There are not gout flares in the last 2 weeks; 5.The patient was voluntarily enrolled in the study and signed informed consentand the clinical data was completely.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who can not locomotor activity normally due to joint deformity, obesity and so on; 2.Secondary hyperuricemia caused by nephropathy, haematological, certain medications, tumor radiotherapy or chemotherapy, organ transplantation and other reasons; 3.Drugs that increase serum uric acid concentration, such as proton pump inhibitors, H2 receptor antagonists are being used; 4.Drugs that promote excretion of uric acid, such as benzbromarone are being used; 5.Severe cardiac diseases(eg, acute myocardial infarction within 3-5 days, unstable angina, Uncontrolled arrhythmias which was accompanied by severe hemodynamic symptoms, acute pericarditis a nd myocarditis, severe hypertension(>180/110mmHg)/ hypotension (125bpm); 6.Severe brain disorders(eg, stroke, transient ischemic attack); 7.Severe pulmonary diseases (eg, acute pneumonitis,acute pulmonary embolism,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary hypertension); 8.Severe lower limb disease (eg,extremity deep vein thrombosis) 9.Systemic diseases (eg,severe anemia, high fever, electrolyte disturbance and drug intoxication such as digitalis); 10.Other diseases that may be aggravated by exercise (eg,multiple infectious diseases, renal insufficiency, hyperthyroidism); 11.Gout merge with mental disorder or psychological illness; 12.Patients who have been involved in other clinical investigations within the first 3 months of enrolment.
