Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 and above; 2.have clinical hearing impairment and have not received hearing rehabilitation services (such as the use of assistive devices such as hearing aid and cochlear implant and hearing and speech rehabilitation training); 3.without clinical diagnosis of dementia or cognitive dysfunction; 4.located in the cites during the study period; 5.resided the survey area (community or rural); 6.fluent in Chinese, with basic language understanding and communication skills.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Have been diagnosed with dementia or cognitive-related diseases; 2.Inability to read and write; 3.Psychological, speech or action disorders; 4.Self-reported using hearing AIDS or receiving cochlear implant and other related hearing rehabilitation services in the past 1 year; 5.Medical contraindications for the use of hearing AIDS (e.g., otorrhea); 6.Patients with incurable conductive hearing impairment in both ears (manifested as a large difference between air conduction and bone conduction, two or more continuous frequency air conduction and bone conduction threshold difference & GT; 15 db).
