Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.APACHE II score = 15 points; 2.Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age <18 years old 2.Pregnant women 3.Previous history of chronic kidney disease 4.AKI caused by retrorenal obstruction 5.There is a history of kidney transplantation 6.Patients who cannot undergo ultrasonography due to individual patient factors or body position constraints 7.The patient is participating in another clinical trial at the same time
