Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-75 years old; 2.The diagnosis of T2DM conforms to the"Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes"(2020 edition)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 diabetes mellitus,monogenic diabetes syndrome and other special types of diabetes; 2.suffering from acute complications of diabetes or other serious complications; 3.Combined with severe liver,kidney,heart disease; 4.Anemia patients or used iron treatment of anemia in the past 3 months; 5.Combined with tumor,inflammation,infection,etc.and affect serum iron metabolism related indicators.
