18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ranging from 18 to 75 years, and no limits on gender. 2.Preoperative radiological consideration or pathological biopsy confirmed NSCLC. 3. I/II clinical stage with surgical indications 4. Preoperative American Society of Anestesiology (ASA) score<III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The operative strategy changed during the operation caused by any reasons 2. Other cancer history in the past 5 years. 3. Presence of other severe morbidity such as angina pectoris, myocardial infarction and stroke in the past 6 months. 4. Receiving immune suppression medication after organ transplantation. 5. Receiving steroid medication for a long time. 6. Receiving adjuvant therapies before surgery including immunotherapy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy 7. Metastatic lesions recognized during surgery or pathologically confirmed 8. Severe mental disorder
