G2:Lidocaine aerosol inhalation + dexmedetomidine intravenous infusion
G3:Inhalation of aerosol lidocaine + intravenous infusion of Nalbuphine hydrochloride

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing general anesthesia; 2.ASA grade ?-?; Mallampati classification was ?-?; The subjects voluntarily participated in the study and had signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Evidence of serious cardio-cerebrovascular, liver or kidney diseases, blood or liver diseases, sinus delay or cardiac transmission block; 2. Patients with suspected mask dyspnea, hypoxemia, and severe respiratory diseases; 3. Mouth opening meets laryngoscopy; 4. Local anesthetic allergy patients, dexmedetomidine, nalbuphine allergy, sufentanil citrate patients; 5. Patients with high risk of reflux aspiration, such as satiety, reflux esophagitis and intestinal obstruction; 6. Patients with coagulation dysfunction and hyperkalemia; 7. For any other reason, the researcher considers it inappropriate to participate in this study.
