Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=18; 2.Cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass; 3.Medical records required for this study can be obtained through the big data platform;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Lack of preoperative or postoperative creatinine data; 2.other non-cardiac operations were performed in the same period; 3.preoperative end-stage renal disease (renal replacement therapy, renal transplantation, or estimated glomerular filtration rate <15ml/min/1.73m2) or evidence of preoperative AKI
