18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years, <= 80 years; 2. D2 radical gastrectomy; 3. postoperative pathological diagnosis of advanced gastric cancer; 4.patients whose survival period is expected to be more than 6 months; 5. informed this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other malignant tumors in the past five years; 2.complicated with severe heart disease, such as symptomatic coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure of NYHA II or above, arrhythmia requiring drug intervention or history of myocardial infarction within 1 year; 3.pregnant or nursing women; 4.clinical judgment showed distant metastasis; having transplanted organs and requiring immunosuppressive therapy; allergic constitution; 5.with neurological or mental disorders; 6.there are other chemotherapy taboos.
