25 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Edentulous maxilla or potential edentulous maxillary dentition; 2.With good general condition to undergo implant surgery, normal jaw or occlusal relationship; 3.The upper lip contour and profile can be restored with fixed prosthesis, at least 12mm intermaxillary distance (intrinsic or after alveolar osteotomy); 4.At least 12 dental units of the mandible with normal occlusal curve; 5.Capable of oral hygiene maintenance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe bruxism, heavy smoker (more than 10 cigarettes per day); 2.Uncontroled active periodontitis of the mandiblular dentition; 3.Not suitable for immediate loading; 4.Unable to commit to a 5-year follow-up.
