Low dose group:Injection of low-dose tranexamic acid
High dose group:Injection of high-dose tranexamic acid

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-80 years old; 2) Patients hospitalized in Fuwai Hospital and receiving elective OPCAB; 3) Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients or family members refuse to participate; 2) Combined with other heart diseases or vascular malformations; 3) Previous heart or chest surgery; 4) Other operations or emergency operations were performed at the same time; 5) Preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction <30%;
