Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients hospitalized in Fuwai Hospital and planning to accept OPCAB; 2.Age 18-80; 3.Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with thyroid disease; 2.Combined with diabetes; 3.Physical movement and sensory disturbance; 4.Combined with autonomic nerve dysfunction and peripheral vascular disease (such as Raynaud's sign); 5.Participate in other clinical studies at the same time.
